Whether you'd like to simply have access to a tool that helps you organize your closet and dress in the morning or learn about style and find your own unique look or get better at wearing what you already own and choosing new clothes to buy, this app is for you!

Start by adding a few items from your wardrobe. Once you have items in your closet, you can organize them into wardrobes, create outfits and looks, and start exploring recommendations and insights.

That’s completely fine. OpenWardrobe is designed to grow with you. You can start where you are and improve your wardrobe over time.

OpenWardrobe helps you wear more of what you own, make better style decisions, and keep clothes in use longer. The goal is to help you feel great in your clothes while getting more value from your wardrobe.

No. You can start with just a few pieces and build your wardrobe over time. We suggest starting with 10 most worn items, including shoes. Even adding a small number of items can help you begin planning outfits and getting more value from the platform.

Yes. You can create multiple wardrobes to organize your clothing in a way that works for you, such as by season, home, work, travel, or family member.

You can add items by uploading photos, choosing from our common items catalog, or importing your online purchases.

Most details are determined and automatically added by our AI. These include item's category, colors, and any other visible attributes. Since AI sometimes makes mistakes, it's always good to check and correct so that you have most accurate information for your items. If you want to take advantage of insights like cost-per-wear, resale value, and utilization, make sure to enter information like price, purchase date, and condition.

Yes. You can update item details, photos, and organization at any time as your wardrobe changes.

The easiest way to import online purchases is to use our Chrome browser extension. Install it from the Chrome web store.

An item is a single piece of clothing or accessory. An outfit is a combination of items you plan to wear together. A look is a styled visual idea that is either a selfie or an inspiration.

Currenly, we are not limiting items, outfits, or looks. You can upload as many items and save as many outfits as you wish. Many of our users have thousands of items and outfits in their OpenWardrobe.

Yes. You can move any items, individually or in bulk, between your wardrobes.

When you move an item to another wardrobe, it is removed from the original wardrobe and placed in the new one. When you add an item to another wardrobe, it stays in both wardrobes. This does not create a duplicate item or increase your item count. Adding items from one wardrobe to another is especially useful for creating packing lists or travel capsules.

Yes. You can create outfits, save looks, and use the calendar to plan what you want to wear for specific days, events, or trips.

You can add outfits or individual items to the Calendar. Looks will be automatically added for you based on the timestamp of the photo you take or upload. When viewing the Calendar, you will see all items, outfits, and looks added to the day and be able to toggle between them.

Yes. OpenWardrobe lets you share outfits and looks, making it easier to get feedback, save ideas, or show styling combinations outside the platform.

LolaAI is OpenWardrobe’s AI styling assistant. It helps you make more of what you already own by suggesting outfit ideas, helping you think through purchases, and giving personalized style support based on your wardrobe.

Suggestions are based on the items in your wardrobe, how they can work together, suggestions that you previously saved or discarded, and your LolaAI settings. The more complete and accurate your wardrobe is, the better the recommendations can become.

Yes. OpenWardrobe tracks wardrobe activity and provides insights that help you see how often items are worn, which pieces you rely on most, and where there may be gaps or opportunities.

Add clear item photos, include useful details, organize your wardrobes thoughtfully, log your wears, and keep using the platform regularly. The more you put into your wardrobe, the more helpful OpenWardrobe becomes.

Your wardrobes are always private by default. You may choose to open your selected wardrobes to friends or make them public and visible to the whole community. You can change wardrobe visibility and access at any time.

From a wardrobe's privacy settings, select a friend to whom you want to open the wardrobe and then give them either "Style Buddy" or "Style Guru" role.

Yes. You can choose which wardrobes to open to each friend, and for every wardrobe-friend combination, you can control what that friend can access, including items, outfits, looks, statistics, and calendars.

Think of it as read-only or read-and-write permissions. Style Buddy can only view your wardrobe. Style Guru can create wardrobes for you, add items, and suggest outfits.

To show up in the Open Wardrobes section of the Community, simply make any wardrobe you want featured public (choose "Open to All" option). When you do, you may choose to only show your items, or also include outfits and looks.

OpenWardrobe makes it easy to request alterations and repairs through the app: choose the service you need, add your instructions, confirm your order, and send in your item. Shipping is free both ways within the U.S., and services are completed by a vetted partner. Visit the Services page for full details and available options.

OpenWardrobe makes reselling on Poshmark easier by pre-creating your listing for you. You can then review it, make any changes you want, and list it to your active Poshmark account with one click.

Style Blueprint is a personalized style guide created to help you understand what works best for you. It is designed to give you clear direction based on your individual characteristics and help you make more confident style decisions. Style Blueprint is available for both men and women.

Style Blueprint is for anyone who wants more clarity about what suits them and how to build a wardrobe with intention. It is especially helpful if you want personalized guidance instead of general style advice.

Style Blueprint includes personalized guidance such as your best colors, body-shape-based recommendations, and brand suggestions aligned with your style. It is meant to give you a practical foundation you can use when getting dressed, shopping, or refining your wardrobe. It also includes a 21-day style kickstart workshop and masterclasses taught by professional stylists.

Our Color Analysis uses the Tonal System of color analysis to determine your dominant color type. There are 6 dominant color types - Light, Deep, Warm, Cool, Clear, and Muted/Soft. Each person's full color type consist of a dominant, secondary, and tertiary colors; and each full color type received 42 color palette. While secondary and tertiary colors can only be determined by in-person color testing, we can determine your dominant type from photos which will give you 30 out of the 42 colors.

No. You can use OpenWardrobe without Style Blueprint. Style Blueprint is an additional offering for users who want more personalized style direction.

Style Blueprint is a personalized style product, while Circle membership is an ongoing membership experience. Style Blueprint gives you tailored guidance about your style, and Circle membership gives you broader access to premium OpenWardrobe features and benefits.

Circle is OpenWardrobe’s membership designed for users who want deeper support, more advanced features, and added value from the platform. It gives members access to premium tools and experiences beyond the free version.

Circle membership gives you access to premium OpenWardrobe features designed to help you get more out of your wardrobe. Depending on the current offering, this can include advanced tools, deeper insights, AI-powered support, and exclusive member benefits.

Circle membership may be offered as a recurring subscription, depending on the plan available to you. You can review the current membership options and pricing when choosing your plan.

For security reasons, we may ask you to log into your account again. It happens infrequently. When it does, you simply need to sign into the account with the same method you used to create it. If you're having issues with accessing your account, please email support@myopenwardrobe.com

You can change your email address from your profile page. If your account was created using email sign-in, the new email will become your new user id. You can also change your sign-in method from Apple or Google to email, but not the other way around.

From the Profile screen, tap "Delete Account". This action will delete the account and all data associated with it.
